Scope: Covers all personal data processed through AI Aviation Jobs- Roles: You (client) are the Data Controller, we are the Data Processor
- Purpose: Matching, screening, and recruitment of aviation candidates
- Subprocessors: Includes Veremark (background checks), Stripe (payments), AWS (hosting)
- Security Measures: Encryption, access controls, breach notification protocols
- Termination: Upon request, all personal data will be deleted or returned securely
