Job Summary:
The Flight Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of passengers throughout the flight. This role delivers exceptional onboard service, supports regulatory compliance, and responds effectively to routine and emergency situations while representing the airline’s brand and customer experience standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pre-flight safety checks of cabin equipment, emergency gear, and onboard supplies to ensure readiness and compliance.
Deliver safety demonstrations and ensure passengers understand and comply with safety procedures and applicable regulations.
Provide attentive, professional customer service, including meal/beverage service and assistance with passenger needs.
Monitor the cabin throughout the flight, identifying and addressing safety risks, security concerns, and passenger issues.
Respond to onboard incidents and emergencies (e.g., medical events, turbulence, evacuations) according to training and procedures.
Assist with boarding and deplaning processes, including verifying carry-on compliance and supporting passengers requiring assistance.
Communicate clearly with the flight deck and cabin crew to coordinate service, safety, and operational requirements.
Manage conflict and de-escalate challenging situations while maintaining professionalism and policy adherence.
Complete required documentation and reports (e.g., irregularity reports, safety/security reports) accurately and on time.
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards for conduct, punctuality, and teamwork.
